​AMURTEL:     Ananda    Marga    Universal    Relief     Team    Ladies

AMURTEL is the relief and development section of WWD. It was established in 1975 with the mission to alleviate suffering and provide immediate and long term relief to women and children in need. It manages permanent projects such as children’s homes, old-age homes, facilities for the physically impaired and programs for self-sufficiency. During calamities and natural disasters, volunteers are rushed to the scene with food, medicines, clothes and other relief supplies.
